Long ago, a world was struggling for resources. Limited supplies brought famine, war, and a struggle for survival. The world was in need of a savior.

Rout is a prototype turn-based RPG game. As you follow the story, you will partake in 3v3 battles to test your abilities. Strategize, plan your attacks, and fight your way towards a better future!

Development time: 3 months

This game was developed as part of a senior project exploring the programming behind RPGs. That being said, because of the nature of this class, this game contains multiple prototyped systems that work together to tell a story. These systems include:

• The battle system
• A dialogue system
• Character customization
• Saving system
